Travel to Richmond

Flights
The Richmond International Airport (RIC) is conveniently located only fifteen minutes from downtown. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the city, but if you'd like to rent a car for the weekend, you can do so at the airport. Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis all have airport locations.
Accommodations
We recommend staying in downtown or one of the surrounding neighborhoods as all wedding weekend events will take place in and around downtown Richmond. Feel free to check out the options on Airbnb and VRBO if you prefer more spacious accommodations when traveling. We have room blocks at two hotels, the Jefferson Hotel and the Omni. Details follow.
The Jefferson Hotel
The room block rate for standard king and double queen rooms at the Jefferson is $385 per night. Reservations can be made by calling (804) 424-8014. Please mention the Jaques / Stahl wedding when making your reservation to ensure you receive the discounted rate. Please note that all reservations for the room block must be made by Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
The Omni Richmond Hotel
The room block rate for the Omni Richmond Hotel is $195 per night. Reservations can be made by either calling 800-843-6664 and referencing the Jaques /' Stahl wedding or by visiting the link below. Please note that the room block closes on Tuesday. September 29, 2026.
